Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am indian residendt and i got married in 2013, i got one kid i.e 23 months old, my wife left home after some orguements 25 days back.. and influenced by her parents and brother in law. it happened 3 times before but i brought her back to home by personally going to my in laws house after having a advice from both side elders. that 3 times she went with my son twice and once when she was pregnant at the first time when she left. so no further action taken from me till now and even not from her. know even in the ocassion of diwali they did not allowed me and my parents to meet with my son.i want to know,
1) can i go to the police for permission to meet my son and bring him home atleast for some day or not
1) if she go to police station for child custody are police authorised to give my son's custody to her?
2) if she goes in court is it possible for her to get son's custody from court?
and what option left for me to meet my son and to spend some time with him . please help me and mail the valuable suggestion , my email is is [email protected]
