Dear Sister,

first of all you need to provide the documents like wedlock paper, secondly you need to file the khula before family judge ,thirdly till the maturity of case you need to wait (till the notices served to the other party) & you need to hire a lawyer who will proceed before the court on behalf of you.

According to the family law in Pakistan you will get the khulla surely once you have submitted your will for khulla may i know why you are seeking khulla? i would also like to know about your children , in case of filling khulla you may not get the dower Amount .

if you need more guidence feel free to ask your other queries.

Regards

Khula is an advanced form of dessolution of marriage in which a woman has to surrender her right to the haq mehr and gifts that she has taken from husband. I prefer you go for dessolution of marriage under section 2 of west pakistan dessolution of marriages act, 1939. There are several grounds on which you can get the marriage dessolved some of which include impotency of husband, his being involved in illicit relations with other women, beating and many other things. Also if the husband has pronounced u talaq verbally then u can move to the arbitration council and that is the simplest way to get rid of this relationship as u can get a talaq certification from arbitration council in arnd 4 months. In all these circumstances u need people who do not restrict u to visit the courts as u have to appear at places at times even after involving the lawyer. For more u can consult me at [email protected]
