Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I would like to know:

1) if wife refuses child maintenance money ( assuming she is granted child custody by court), can father still ask for visitation rights? Are rules different for divorce by husband versus khula?

2) How often court grants 'joint' physical custody of children in Pakistan ( assuming father has no strong reasons against wife's eligibility for custody)

3) is there real concept of 'legal' custody in pakistan, in addition to physical custody? for example, physical custody is with mother but legal custody is joint ) both father and mother)

4) can father ask for overnight stay through court. For example, one weekend a month ?

age of children in this situation is two year old girl and four years old boy.

Aoa,

Yes Khula and Divorce are different.. Father cannot be restrained from visitation rights.. Joint custody is totally dependent upon consent of parties.. no such legal custody concept.. for more contact [email protected]
