Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi , I m fm a small town n my daughters in laws r fm south Mumbai. Due to change in culture n stuff there were lot of differences n stuff. They got married 3 yrs back were together for 1 n 1/2 year n hv seperated since last 1 n 1/2 yr. fm our side v tried our best for 8 mths to solve the issues but fm their side they kept postponing till the duration of seperation became 1 yr. now they hv filed a divorce petition in mumbai n forcing us to agree. I hv filed a transfer petition in HC n told them that my daughter wants to reconcile. HC has appointed a mediator n he says that if ur daughter after 1 n 1/2 yr stays with her husband she will hv to face lot of problems like husband male ego, in laws, financial etc. now in this case what shd she do can she put any conditions before going there or is it difficult to reconcile after so long. Any safety measures to be taken. Plz help me to take n appropriate decision for my daughter
