Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

hi i m second wife of my husband .I have 2 year 5 months old son. my husband has his first wife who doesn't have any children of her own. but she has an adopt daughter. now me and my husband doesn't want to continue our conjugal life. he doesn't want to divorce nor he wants to continue. I don't want to continue anymore. what will be the law if I divorce him? who will get the child custody?

You can divorce him if you have the right according to your kabinnama. Even if you make the divorce, you can get mohrana. If you do not remarry and capable of looking after your child, obviously you will get the custody of your son.
