Can both my maiden and married surname be added to my baby name like Reyansh sandooja Ghute??if yes pls tell the procedure to change it as presently only married name is added??? Birth place is Pune

1) Either married name or maiden name will remain but not both which will

create confusion and cause problems in future.

2) U hv to go for gazette publication.
