Legal Question in Family Law in India
We got married in june last year. But we havent stayed together & we dont have any kids. We want to annul our marraige without any financial disputes. Whats the procedure & time duration that it will take?
The other option: Is it of if we agree to not interfere in each others life by signing on a stamp paper? Will it be legal if we re-marry to someone else after this agreement?
She doesn't want a divorcee tag as that will hold a problem for her re marriage she says, so we cant go for a Mutual divorce.

See, annulment is granted on the basis of non consummation of marriage which means that sexual intercourse has not taken place. If this is the case, you can file this. Otherwise, divorce is the only option. It does not matter whether it is mutual or contested. You would be a divorcee after the judgement. No, one can't remarry without taking divorce. Stamp paper is not valid.
