Legal Question in Family Law in India

when the matter is in court after the FIRs, my daughter's father in law has sent her a Facebook invite and in his profile she could only filthy photographs and also a statement ".......likes all the girls etc). Few days before, he also called the grand parents of my son in law (parents of his deceased wife), asking them to come and meet him, whereas earlier when these old couple went to his house to sort out the problems, he told them "when you daughter died 8 years ago and why are you here now.". Can he send a facebook invite to my daughter attaching filthy photos in his profile. Kindly advise whether she can file complaint in the court or with com of police office.
