Legal Question in Family Law in India

mere husband mere saath rehne se mana kar rahe hai. unhone women cell me bhi mere saath rehne se mana kiya. lekin meri IO ne mere husband se kaha ki aap aisa likh do ki mai soch kar bataunga. ab 4 months ho gye hai. women cell me koi counselling nahi hui. meri IO mujhse stridhan ki list maang rahi hi. aur mere husband se written statement nahi le rahi ki voh mere saath rehna chahte hai ya nahi.

kya mai apni IO se bol sakti hu ki vo mujhe mere husband se written statement likhwa ke de ki vo mere saath rehna chahte hai ya nahi?
