Legal Question in Family Law in India
My mom in law (& family) and husband harass me every day for every single thing in the house, thereby making my life miserable. Actually my mom in law has major influence on my husband n he agrees to whatever wrong she says. Whenever he returns from office she creates one or the other scene and lies to him for petty issues. She tells lies to him and ignites fight/ arguments between both of us and clearly tells my husband, right infront of me to divorce and remarry.I m really very helpless .
Husband has his own business & earns well (1lac per mnth approx as told @ time of marriage)
he & my MIL always demand money from me. Though I always giv them the share from my salary still he asks me to give the entire amount to his mother.
First it came with giving my salary, getting more cash from my parents , she started interfering everywhere in all my relationship with my husband. We both are not allowed to go out together. She does not even allow us to talk
My father has passed away ( a month back) & my mother is a house wife. I have my younger sister & brother as well. It is not easy for me or for her to fulfill there unnecessary demands. I even tried to speaking to my MIL but she is not ready to understand. She has told me clearly that if you want to stay here & then do as I say else you cannot survive. My husband is completely under his control.
There was no issue between me & my husband but now things are different because of my MIL. Once I had got a call from my mother saying that your mother in law & father in law have called & asking for money. I immidiately contacted my husband & told him about same. But he started shouting on me only that you must get the money. After long conversation he told me to go your mothers place & he will come & discuss the things with me & parents. Its been 4 months now, Me & my family have been trying to contact my husband but he says that he is busy & does not even talk to us. We tried contacting our inlaws but all in vain.
Few days back I have received a legal divorce petition by my husband with all false allegations on me saying that I have got an extra marital affair & we never had any personal relations due to which he had tried to attempt suicide.
It was shocking for me & my family because all these allegations are COMPLETELY wrong. I got married in Oct 2015. Its not even a year. Infact my in laws (FIL, MIL & BIL) were torturing me & making dowry demands. But I still want to stay with my husband. I never took any action initially thinking that its the initial phase & everything will be fine eventually. I am very disturbed mentally & physically.
What can be done in such a scenario. Pls help.

dear client immediately file complaint with women cell of police under sec 498 a for dowry harassment against husband and mother in law. also appear in his divorce petition and contest the same by denying all his false allegation. for detail discussion call me
