Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a Muslim . I got married in front of the registrar under special marriage act 1954.This was to expedite my visa process.. A month later I got my Nikaah done In front of the priest ( and family) and have got my Nikaah registered( Government Deputy collector attested). Since I am a Muslim ,I want to produce my Nikaah registered certificate as my official certificate. Will I be considered married under Muslim marriage act since I am a Muslim. ?
