Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
plz help me!.. i want to know that Legally who will be the guardian of 7 years and 4 years old girls after the father death . The mother or the grand parents (parents of father) ?? The mother is getting married and wants to get rid of her girls while the grand parents cannot support the grand daughters as they have no earnings. They are already dependent on their other sons.
