What is the procedure to obtain permission from the court when a widow wants to sell property of her minor child for his benefits

She has to seek permission as the Guardian of the Minor, and seek her self to be appointed as the Guardian of Minor as well as his property - and show the need to sell, and also show that it is for the benefit of Minor, and proper value is being fetched.
