Legal Question in Family Law in India

Prologue:

My biological father filed a case for maintenance, despite my biological parents earning their entire lives, and retiring with benefits, and not spending a penny on me, as I was raised(cared and funded) by my relatives.

Also inbetween was adultry, abuse, desperation, shame and humiliation that I suffered, yet I braved it all and with the blessings and support of my relatives am well educated and settled.

I read a few judgements that hold - right to maintenace is not subject to parental obligation. I take heed and settle amicably.

Few months later there is legal threathening for revising to exorbitant maintenance, if I don't provide 'love, affection and respect' and abandon the relatives.

Now I'm appalled that the constitution grants powers to bad people.

What about my suffering, what about the pains of my relatives who brought me up?

The LAW in this case totally abandons 'samaritans' and gratifies 'abusers' and goes on the guarantee their ploy to abuse further, while the good and innocents have to suffer.

Is this the culture/values such a LAW is erected to protect?

Question /crpc125

1. How to defend?

2. And end further legal threats and abuses?

3. An ammendment to this law that denies/drastically reduces relief to 'wicked, abusive and irresponsible parents', how can I do that. I'm not a legal/political expert, but I hear some countries have that clause (eg: Singapore sec(5)(2A): http://bit.ly/23CXaBJ )
