Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Sir/Madam,

My sister got married just 25 days ago and was harassed physically, mentally and emotionally by the inlaws and the husband

She wanted to commit suicide and the father inlaw called my parents and asked to my sister back from chennai as they are chasing her out of the house

The Bro-inlaw(elder brother) is threatening and creating a huge problem. We had rushed to the spot and had to get her back. Now my sister is completely depressed and she tried attempting suicide even yesterday. As a family we are shocked and devastated.

Can we file an FIR for the harassment or what would be best way.We are not sure what to do

Please advise.
