Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi Can anyone provide details about the indian divorce laws.

actually i am unmarried. and the guy am giong to marry is a divorcee. he has a kid from his previous marriage. ex wife has the custody of the kid. he has nopt taken child visitation rights. divorce is settled. and the alimony was paid off, it was a one time payment. all was settled.

i want to know in furture will there be any issues. with regard to kid. or any kind of claims. will they be able to file any case on the father to claim money or something.

Also for my guy to keep me secure . what he shoud be doing. if he wishes to buy any property or any such thing how shd he tackkle it to keep me secure. will the kid in future come for claiming any thing his property etc.

Dear client his kid and wife can only ask maintenance in future. But they cannot ask share in property which is self earned by yr husband. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
