We r from Delhi, My Wife Want a Mutual Divorce and Want to marry her boy friend after Divorce. And I am also want to start a new Life with someone. We have Arrange Marriage on Oct, 2012. Now we are and from 1st Day of Marriage...We cannot Compatible with each other. Now, We both are Separated more than 1 year. So Now We both want a Mutual Divorce as soon as Possible...So what are the procedure and how will it will take Time..?

See, two motions are moved in the court at an interval of 6 months. You need to get a draft prepared detailing all the terms and conditions. On the very first day of hearing, first motion will be allowed and after 6 months you can move the second motion.Call for help..
