Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi All, I have recently obtained ex-parte divorce along with custody of my daughter. I'm looking to get married again and my future to be husband wishes to legally adopt my daughter. Since my to be husband is employed outside of India, legal adoption is kind off mandatory to obtain necessary Visa. Can someone please provide me some info on the adoption process.
