Shall we register in any register offices in Kerala? We are from different caste am a hindu and he is a christian is it make any issue in register marriage?

1) Marriage between a Hindu woman and a Christian man is not legally valid if either of them does not convert, the Madras High Court held.
2) In the alternative, their marriage should have been registered under the Special Marriage Act, 1954, if they preferred to follow their religions without conversion.
3) But it may create problems in passport if they are other nationals.
