Legal Question in Family Law in India
Respected Sir, I got engaged in 2012 and in 2013 few months before our marriage my mother gifted me her property.This property is my father's own earned property and then gifted to my mother in 2008. my wife is a government employee. now my wife is staying away from me since few months after a small misunderstanding and when asked to come back she says she has lots of work tension and wants time to come back. Does she have right in the property gifted to me by my mother. Please give me your valuable advise.
