Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected sir,

Divorce case dismissed by family court on 17 Apr 2014. I want to go in high court please guide me up to which date I can appeal in High Court. Some lawyers of lower court are saying time limit is of 30 days where as some are saying time limit is of 90 days. I am very confused please help me.

Q1-- whether time limit on Family Court Order is 30 Days or 90 Days ?

Its 30 via amendment act. But before that, confirm whether there are chances to get the relief or not. Generally high court does not alter the finding of trial court in divorce cases.
