respected sir

in our community customary divorce are valid. so we did divorce through notary. it is valid or not?

bcoz i also heard the court will allow you to remarry on the customary divorce paper ?

my notary papers of divorce deed on 18th may 2015.

i also heard that the gujarat high court is approved for this type of customary divorce.

if i want decree for that how much time should be taken.

Dear client only court has power to grant divorce. If u both r ready for divorce then file mutual divorce and u will get divorce in six months. For any legal help call me
