Hi, I am Rituparna. I am dating my mother's cousin's son since December 2013. We wish to get married soon. Can this marriage be solemnized and registered under family law governing marriages? Can this marriage be registered? The boy's mother's father and my mother's father were brothers...

the marriage would be within prohibited degrees thereby void in the eyes of law.

It is better to left this relation, if possible and if you cannot live without each other then both of you can come to me at Chandigarh and I will find some way out and both of you will be together forever.

marriage is part of relation ,family is also part of relation,you have to convenience to your parent.life is very short.as per hindu law ,you cannot be marriage,
