Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have share in one property after demise of my father.i got married &settled; in my inlaws family .i want to give my share to my uncle instead of my brother .what to do

either i can depose my share to uncle only inform of affidavit or any other best solution like release deed etc,. suggest me or can i nominate my legal heir for this purpose
