hi sir mera case recovery of dowery articles ka he or maintainance of minor ka he jo six months se chal raha he family court me pr koi progress nahi he koi esa hal bataen k jaldi order ho jae i'm also advocate but mujhe srif 1month hua he join kiye so plz help me

Under the amended family court Act the family court is require to decide the case within a six months, in case if the case is not decided then the family court can refer the case to High Court. Please ask your lawyer to move an application for referring the case to High Court and in alternate can take an order for day to day hearing.
