Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

I have found my wife involved in adultery, and I have some video and audio evidence against wife and paramour. I am thinking that I should file Divorce and Criminal case u/s 497 on paramour. Kindly advise me, will it be the right thing to do so. Further, can I file these cases in Month of June, when court are on holidays.

YOU CAN FILE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AT ANY TIME IN POLICE STATION AS WELL COURT, BUT YOU LL HAVE TO WAIT FOR DIVORCE PETITION.
