sir,,I was married 5 years before..I hve two child 3 and1 year..my husband marry without permission, after kick me to my parents house.now what can I do by law of pakistan..he do not giving me maintain of children..

dear sister the way legally you can file suit for maintenance of your children and yourself through family courts.

also challenge the validity of second marriage with out permission.
