sir/madam ,

divorced U/S 13(1)(ia) filed by husband after that he filed (evidence of the petitioner by way of affidavit) in family court. After that he filed For Amendment for 13 (1)(ia) + (ib) Under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Sec 151 CPC And also submitted ADDITIONAL AFFIDAVIT IN CONTINUATION OF EARLIER AFFIDAVIT BY WAY OF EVIDENCE AS EXAMINATION IN CHIEF OF PW-1 ON THE GROUND OF DESERTION . application Under Order 6 Rule 17 dismissed.

Q1-- Whether the above additional affidavit of PW-1 is still live OR not ?

If the additional affidavit is only to support his application under Order 6 R 17 [amendment of pleadings], the same will have no legal value after the amendment application is rejected.
