Actually the problem is 4 years back I have married, but my husband is unfit for family (sex) life, Doctors told its incurable problem. My husband is my mothers brother, and his parents are expired. This is only my biggest problem, thats why nobody cant taking proper action,

From day one to till now fight going on between us, he tried many times blame me, but every time I proved my honesty. Once he tries to damaging me physically (Chemicalised process). I am strongly reacted. From that day onwards his harassments are very high level (beating).finally one day I booked the case (498a) on him. Often that I dont no anything polices are saying the case is filed you people fallow-up from court only, but I dont know how to fallow-up. Which day my case is coming to the court for judgment, which day I have to attend the court. I am not getting any letter or information in the court.

In this case am I must approached the another (Personal) lawyer? Everybody saying PP (public prosecutor) only enough, he will handle the case, and need not to go court also. But my strongest doughty is how the judge justify without consider me.

Thats why I am requesting you, which one (designation) I have to contact in the court for know the details about my case

Now I want to take divorce from him, which benefit I will get from him. Last 2years onwards I am suffering with SLE problem. This disease will come high mental pressures only; I must use the tablets end of the life. Please kindly advice.

Thanking you
