My husband married another woman in Arya Samaj, without giving divorce to me.is that Arya Samaj marriage Certificate is enogh to Prove the crime

1) Yes. Lodge FIR with police.

2) When once u decide the marriage cannot be saved, file DV, 498A and 125 CrPC cases with full facts without delay.

3) A ground for divorce.
