My sister got married 3 years back. But that person was already married at that time and no divorce was there. He told my sister that he has applied for the same so they mutually decided to marry each other in a Hindu temple. We have all photographs of that marriage. But 6 months back we came to know that he has not yet divorced her earlier wife and not again went to live with previous wife.
Actually my sister had agreed for this marriage inspite of knowing the fact that he was already married and without divorce.
So, can we fight against him in court.
He was so clever that he made my sister agree to sign on a paper where it was written that "she knows about the marital status of him and knowingly all she is ready to marry him"

It will go against her that despite knowing the fact, she married with him. But still, any third person can register a case of bigamy against him. Your wife can also bring a complaint under D.V.Act. The question is whether she is happy or not. If yes, no need to pursue any case.
