Legal Question in Family Law in India
A brief summary of my case: My husband after torturing me for 1 and half year in USA fled taking away whatever few jewellary and clothes I was allowed to bring to USA. All th heavy jewellary and clothes and few books and few other items are with my mother in law and father in law who are staying in India. I was left with no money or clothes or jewellary hence had to return to India. I have filed criminal case against them including 406. Its been 5yrs since I have been fighting case but have not got any relief from court.My in laws are not returning my belonging neither my husband who is still in USA ( he is not NRI). I really want to know that inspite of filing DV and 406 I still have not got my things back.I am not even asking for things they had given but still they are unwilling to return my things. How do I get my things back through court. All my jewellery are in my MIL locker ( I am not sure if she told me the truth).

dear client file ex pediate petition in high court and get the direction from high court to dispose domestic violence case in fixed time. also file application in court to issue red corner notice to husband so inter pole police can arrest him in U S A. for any legal help call me
