Legal Question in Family Law in India

One of my uncle had filled my husbands ear that me and my family had killed my father. My husband did not discused this with me. After some days of my marriage my husband threw me out of his house and never tried to talk to me after that.
Then I complained in CAW cell against him and his family. And he filed application in high court mediation centre.
He is putting false alligation on me. And accusing me and my family that we are murderers in front of everyone in CAW cell and HC mediation center. And saying that he dont wants to live with me because he is scared that I will kill him and his family.
me and my family members are innocent and I can prove it.
What kind of action I can take against my husband regarding this?
