my wife cheating me, she had on affair with one guy and she is not staying with me at last 6 months. i married her on 6-02-2014 now one year completed. one day i Shaw her boy friend send some messages in her phone and they are talking each other. when i ask she said i am taking with my mother and sisters. when check her mobile calls and messages she deleted all messages also. how can i get her call records of audio files and messages. what is 498 case. please help me i want divorce from her. thank you
