Legal Question in Immigration Law in United States
Good morning , I am Egyptian my residency in Dubai expired and i cancelled my residency cisa as i decided it would be better for me going on tourist visa and the officer stamped cancelled on my residency visa. The issue is that I am travelling USA two weeks later and i am so worried having this cancelled stamped on my visa that the US officer in US airport may doubt that its cancelled for illegal issue . Is there a way i can prove that it was cancelled voluntarily . What should I do ? Thank you
