Is it possible to do the nomination of son when father is aliveCoz my uncle says tat he wann put his son name in the overall property of my grand fatherI am asking tis coz my father has just passed away 5 days ago n peoples r being rude...N its not a big deal ...its the small property of 2.5 acer

The issue is

There is 4 people ( my uncle, dad, n my 2 aunties)

And the property has given to this 4 people by grandfather n not devided yet.....just given not distributed atol,

My dad is no more , so uncle is saying lets just put all names in this property nominations like , me, my sis, my mom, uncle n there whole family names,

And my both aunties and there kids names.....is it true? Tat one can do the nominations

Like tis?

Is it possible to do the nominations of this many peoples, without basic distribution of those 4 people

the property will be divided into 4 shares of your uncle dad and 2 aunts. you will get your fathers share if there are no other heir or the share will be divided into 2 share that of you and your mother. If your uncle wants to transfer his share in the name of hjis son he can do so but he cannot do anything with your fathers share. if you are not happy with the division file a suit for partition.
