How does company determine the types of leaves? Is there a law related to it? There are only EL in some companies whereas in some companies there are CL,SL, EL?

As per law , under the provisions of Factories Act , a person is entitled to EL. There is no law with respect to CL and SL. They are at the option of the employer and differ from company to company.
