"This is with reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, for the position of Planning Coordinator in our organization based at Bangalore.

We are pleased to confirm the offer of employment for the above position on terms and conditions mutually discussed and agreed.

This is to confirm the terms upon which you are offered employment with company which are as follows:

Your joining date would be October 26th 2015.

You will be on probation for a period of 6 (Six) months from the date of your appointment, where after, if your services are found satisfactory, you will be confirmed by means of a written intimation. The management reserves the right to reduce, dispense with or extend your probation period at its absolute discretion.

During the probation period or the extended period of probation, you will be liable to be discharged from the company's services at any time with 30 days prior notice and without assigning any reason. As an Employee, you will also be bound to provide the company with 30 days' notice before being relieved of your duties.

Dear Adarsh,

The Company is required to pay you 30 days notice period salary, failing which you should file a Police complaint for cheating (Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code) against the Company.
