Dear Sir
Court has passed decree against me for the payment of company recovery suit.
is it possible to convert it into installment?
What is the process for conversion the decree to installment?

Dear Vicky,
You need to have the copy of the Court Judgement Order which precisely states the outcome of the case citing reasons thereof, which in my opinion, you should appeal against in person in the Court. Don't give up.
