Legal Question in Employment Law in United Arab Emirates
Dear Sir,
One of our R&D employee left 2011 and copied and deleted a lot of formulation files from his laptop. Is there any law which we an sue him on this? when we wrote him on this, he didn't deny or mentioned anything to agree but diverted the subject. Please advise.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Ramadan Mubarak ... Your R&D employee must have left your organization way back in 2011 for valid reasons, especially if your Company was stagnant then. You suddenly wake up now in 2013 and accuse your past employee of copying and deleting formulation files from his laptop. No R&D activity is yours unless and until you pay money for acquiring it from the patent owner. No international court of justice is going to entertain your suit now.
