Legal Question in Employment Law in India
please guide how should i approach to my previous employer to get the relieving letter,experience certificate and clear my dues. if they do not listen what further i should do to get my relieving letter and my balance amount from the company. as you know i have not served any notice period and just put mail for my resignation.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you have not served the notice period and have intermittently quit service, presuming that you have completed the handover procedure like having returned back whatever Company stationery, data card devices, laptop or ipad they had provided you on the job; you should request the Company to recover and adjust the notice period salary from your full and final settlement dues, and pay and settle the balance without any further delay.
