Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
I did take loan from my company and the company took my signatures on agreement that I need to serve 6 months after my last payment else 24% annual interest. After more than a year I have decided to switch my job. I am ready to settle my remaining amount but company is not sharing the account details to me where I can transfer money. Please advice if this agreement is valid in India and what should I do in such case as serving 6 months notice period will not be entertained by my new employer.

You can handover the cheque to the Company and obtain an acknowledgement.
