Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi,
I have problem regarding F&F from my previous company, i have resigned on 8th july stating that i m ready to serve the 3 months notice period as per my employment contract but company have relieved me on 26th of the same month. i just want to know am i entitle to get the whole 3 month salary or not? and also my three months travel expenses are pending.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Having resigned from the Company, the Company remains liable to pay you salary for the number of notice period along with your full and final dues including the travel expenses incurred by you.
