i have got the letter of completion of probation and 1year later i got to know that my probation period is extending.IS it possible that probation once completed can be extended with out any prior information

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should ask your reporting Boss and the HR Head to explain the reasons for extending your probation period, so that you can understand exactly whether what they are saying is correct or not. If the reasons given for extending your probation period are flimsy and untrue, you should escalate the matter to the MD of your Company citing the unfair unjust treatment being meted out to you by the Company.
