Dear Sir / Madam,

You remain legally liable to serve the notice period at the normal location where you have been regularly working whilst you were in the employment of the Company and not elsewhere as demanded by the Company. As it is illegal, you may straightaway refuse to serve the notice period at another location informing the Company that you will serve it at the present location where you have worked all along. If the Company terminates you, the Company remains liable to compensate you with the notice period salary along with payment of your full and final settlement dues owed to you by the Company.

Regards,
