Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I run a factory in Delhi, India. Two of my workers got into a scuffle when I was not present in the premises. One worker got a minor cut in the foot in the meanwhile. What responsibility or legal action I can face as the supervisor of the company??

Dear Sir / Madam,

As their supervisor, you are liable to take disciplinary action against both the assistants for engaging in a scuffle whilst on duty. You should initiate an official inquiry into the incident and warn both the workers that should they repeat the offense, their services will be terminated.
