Legal Question in Employment Law in India

been selected by the public service commission for group B gazetted post , received letter from office of state PSC 18 months back regarding recommendation of selection to govt, till date no communication from the office if the dept or from psc what should be done?

Write to the department and if they do not respond then file a writ petition against the department u/a 226 of the Constitution of India in concerned high court. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
