I resigned from my job but join comptitor I signed non compete agreement
Can compnay enforce non compete legal action against me

Company rules and regulations are applicable to you as long as you remain in their service. No sooner you quit, it is purely at your discretion whom you should or should not work for.

1) Depends on T&C of the employment and company policy.
2) If complied, no legal action exists.
