Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir,

I have joined a company in Year Oct2014.Since i have joined the company i have not received my salary on time as being assured by HR of my company. The situation has become worst for the last six months as i have not received salary for last three months.

I am only the earning member in my family and have to look after my dependents.I also have to pay my bank loan EMIs.Salary is only my source of income. In current situation it is impossible for me to survive.

I have only option to look fora new job in another company, but the problem is that i have bounded by a indemnity bond with my company. The company has sent me abroad for a employment related training.Against it imposed a bond that i can't leave the company before two years from date of completion of training.Only seven months of my bond period has passed. If i leave the company then i have to pay double amount of my CTC as liquid damage to my company. Please guide me what legal action i shall take in current circumstances?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Non payment of salary on time by the Company is sufficient ground for you to quit the Company without paying any money to the Company on the Indemnity Bond. So, you should immediately fetch yourself another job, and on receiving a new job, immediately tender your resignation citing the reason "Salary not paid to you in time".

Regards,
