Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sirs,

My daughter's father in law who is a Central Government factory employee in Bangalore along with his second wife, has already taken money from me and now demanding further money to allow my daughter and his son to continue to stay in the ground floor of the house owned by him. I want to send a complaint to his company that he is torturing his daughter in law for money. Since this is a central government owned organisation, will they take any action against him for dowry harassment, abusing the daughter in law, beating her and injuring her (MLC registered). The father in law and step mother are also under FIR for 354, 498A, DP and on conditional bail.

regards,

Dear Madam / Sir,

The house being owned by your daughter's father in law, he is well within his right to ask to ask his son to pay him monthly rent for occupying his house. It cannot be construed as dowry harassment. Secondly, it makes absolutely no sense mixing up family issues, by thinking of lodging a complaint to your daughter's father in law's Office, and it is not advisable to do so. You have already registered cases under various Sections, so you need to be patiently awaiting their outcome.

Regards,
